Instrument Systems is the technology and market leader for LED and display measuring systems based on spectroradiometry. Founded in 1986 in Munich, Germany, Instrument Systems develops and manufactures a broad spectrum of test & measurement equipment ranging from high-speed testers for wafer, dies and packaged LEDs on the production floor up to high-performance spectroradiometers for the lab. A wide selection of fiber based measurement adapters and accessories like integrating spheres, goniometers and LED test sockets for each type of popular LED packages complete the product range in order to deliver turnkey solutions. All relevant optical parameters like luminous intensity, luminous flux, spatial radiation pattern as well as chromaticity coordinates and color temperature can be measured fast and with high accuracy for single LEDs and modules.
