Sep 21, 2006 - LED DingDotz™ - a miniature string of end to end locking connectors with low profile, self contained, colour changing RGB LEDs. With every kind of grid pattern, they can be wrapped around a column or installed on any flat surface, including fabrics, to create exciting visual effects.

DingDotz™ support LED Stream Lighting System™ or DMX512 lighting controls for creating full featured custom light shows or pre-set colour scenes.
DingDotz™ allow to choose and configure the use of colour and movement not possible with conventional lighting methods. Unlike other RGB illuminators, the LED Stream™ products support a 1 billion colour internal palette, providing the richest selection and range of hues and brightness.

Communications:
All of Vivid Effect lighting products can work with DMX protocol, however to overcome the limitations of DMX and the expensive cabling and power requirements, LED Effects have developed two new protocols that reduce cost and simplify installation and programming.

The LED Stream Lighting System™ is a new digital protocol that gives the lighting designer complete control over his show or scene. It can of course integrate with DMX512. This system is much less expensive than competitor systems, extremely simple to install and a powerful solution for special effects lighting.
