04/28/2006 - Seoul Semiconductor (SSC) has been emerging as the most competitive company in Power LED market. SSC, made world’s best and brightest warm white LEDs with a flux of 35lm, has produced much more improved pure and warm white LEDs.
POWER LED with the world’s highest brightness – 98lm/LED die The new POWER LED with increased performance can deliver 98 lumens at 350mA drive current. This remarkable figure is outstripping other comparable power LEDs by roughly 50%. Also, SSC’s noteworthy product, warm white LED, is now emitting by 67 lumens at 350mA. In result, SSC has made great progress in light output of LEDs, and broken world’s brightness record again. Moreover, SSC has outstanding efficacy important for general lighting sources. With packaging methods to reduce total reflection, SSC achieved more improved a 84lm/W efficacy for pure white LEDs and 57lm/W for warm white LEDs.
