ELA EXPO LIGHTING AMERICA 2018 - Light, Design & Comfort

Expo Lighting America is the yearly meeting where designers, architects, distributors, large consumers, government representatives and lighting lovers acquire first-hand experience of trends and innovations in design and technology that enhance their knowledge and inspire new creations.

The exhibition floor allows to the exhibitors to show directly their products and solutions for a select audience engaged in decision-making processes from an ample variety of segments related to lighting, such as: Architectural, Decorative, Commercial, Offices, Exteriors, Entertainment, Industrial, Sports & Automotive lighting, Public & traffic lighting, Alternative energies, Energy efficiency, Automated & control systems and Components & accessories.

Inside the exhibitor floor, the interactive areas designed in conjunction with young local talents, allowing a direct relationship among the brands, the specialized media and the attendees.

Dark Room. Interactive areas developed by young designers with the purpose of showing light without any distractors, and to experience it together with the latest developments in the world of lighting.

ELA Connect by David Pompa. A leisure space fitting for sharing experiences, promoting gatherings and getting to know other enthusiasts of lighting world in the exhibition floor.

Media Center by Candela Estudio. Area designed in collaboration with great artists of the lighting industry in Latin America. Media Center allows a closer interaction to the media specialized in lighting, design and architecture with exhibitors, speakers and visitors.

ELA Showroom presented in collaboration with ROOM Design+Construction, ROOM is a platform created to maximize the value of interior design in one of the most profitable emerging industries of the Mexican market: design and creative economy. Different brands exhibit in ELA Showroom their outstanding products, allowing the audience to interact directly with their latest innovations and technologies. ELA Showroom also houses ROOM Design Coach Program, where lighting design, interior design and architecture experts offer advisory services to young national talents.

In 2018, Light, Design & Comfort is ELA main theme. The Latin American lighting market seeks the participation of an audience interested in creating experiences and improve people’s quality of life.

This industry has surmounted the form-function gap and calls us to find new paths to explore through comfort, culture, technological development and responsive design.

ELA Expo Lighting America will celebrate its eighth edition from February 27 to March 01, 2018, from 12:00 to 20:00 hrs, Hall D, Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City.

ELA is the first sustainable event in the industry that takes care of its impact on the environment, certified by United Nations and MexiCO2 through ELA initiative. Free event with pre-registration.
