KOTRA Offers Travel Incentives to Qualified Buyers Attending LED/OLED EXPO

The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) is ready to help pay your way to attend LED & OLED Expo 2015. KOTRA is offering a tiered incentive program, including airfare and hotel accommodations, for qualified buyers to attend the LED & OLED Expo which will be held June 23-26, 2015 at KINTEX, located outside Seoul, Korea.

KOTRA is offering tiered benefits for representatives large, medium, and small companies:
•    For buyers from companies with annual revenue over $100 million:
-          Up to $1,600 in reimbursement for roundtrip airfare ticket to Korea.
-          2 nights free hotel stay. KOTRA will make the reservation for you.
-          Arrangement of targeted one-on-one business meetings at the exhibition.
-          Round trip shuttle from your hotel to the Expo, designated hotels only
•    For buyers from companies with annual revenue between $10 million to $100 million
-          Up to $800 in reimbursement for roundtrip airfare ticket to Korea.
-          2 nights free hotel stay. KOTRA will make the reservation for you.
-          Arrangement of targeted one-on-one business meetings at the exhibition.
-          Round trip shuttle from your hotel to the Expo, designated hotels only.
•    Buyers from companies with annual revenue less than $10 million
-          2 nights free hotel stay, KOTRA will make the reservation for you
-          Arrangement of targeted one-on-one business meetings at the exhibition.
-          Round trip shuttle from your hotel to the Expo, designated hotels only

The deadline to apply for the program is April 30, 2015. Applications will be reviewed by KOTRA to confirm that applicant companies are able to demonstrate they meet program requirements. The KOTRA head office will announce the list of approved buyers on the KOTRA website. All decisions made by KOTRA are final.

Now in its 13th year, LED & OLED Expo is expected to draw approximately 350 companies from Asia, Europe and the U.S. offering LED and OLED components, lighting products, signage and displays, manufacturing equipment, and process technology.
