PRUF LED Flips Switch on State-of-the-Art, Fully Automated Manufacturing Line
ROBINSON, Texas – PRUF LED has flipped the switch on the most cutting-edge, fully automated SMT production facility to manufacture a broad spectrum of LED lighting panels, including the only 4-foot panels produced in the United States, proving once again why the company is a leader in the LED (light emitting diode) lighting industry.

- The line includes a compact LED assembly system and screen printer from Juki, a reflow oven from BTU International and Nutek Conveyors.
- When indexed three times, the JX-100LED Compact LED Assembly System from Juki seamlessly supports 48" long boards.
- The new PMAXII Large Format Fully Automatic Screen Printer utilizes a patented mathematical calculating algorithm to ensure the machine’s high accuracy print alignment that easily achieves 01005 (0402 metric) printing.
