Guangzhou Hongli Opto-Electronic Co., Ltd., a leader in advanced components in China, announced that 2835-PCT, the company’s new mid-power LED package line-up with high light efficacy, 1 W product lighting efficiency up to 130 lm/W. 2835-PCT is now offered with 3-step MacAdam ellipse bins and quarter bins across the range of all CCTs (from 2700 K to 6500 K), excellent Correlated Color Temperature, manufacturers will be able to make lighting products that deliver greater uniformity and consistency in light color without any visible difference in the color output between packages.

Recently, honglitronic 1 W 2835-PCT gained LM-80 9000 hours test report, has long lifespan and obtained UL certificate (File No: E479533). Honglitronic 2835-PCT has good anti-sulfuration, and available in 3 V, 9 V, 18 V, 24 V, 36 V. This model SMD light source can be used for down light, bulb light, PAR light, street light and flood light. Its thermal resistance is lower than 15°C/W. Meanwhile, this product has great performance price ratio. In terms of quality and reliability, it is better than most SMD similar products in the market.

PCT material is competitive in the market with high price performance ratio. Ceramic fiber, the additional substance inside the PCT accounts for about 20% of the whole PCT material which enables PCT to resist UV and possess the quality of low water absorption, low shrinkage ratio and good stability of the size. PCT is superior to PPA in terms of the ability of enduring high temperature, reflectivity and UV irradiating and to EMC material in the respect of cost performance. When PCT material and high – voltage LED are combined together, the good reliability of LED component could be guaranteed.
