LG Innotek Unveils the World's First 70 mW UV-C LED LG Innotek today announced that the company has developed the world's first 70 mw UV-C LED for sterilization applications. As its sterilization performance is 1.5 times higher than the competitor’s 45 mW module.UV-C LED produces the short wavelength ultraviolet rays in the range of 200 – 280 nm, allowing it to be used for sterilization purpose.
