Huacan SemiTek (HC SemiTek), a new China-based start-up company has received and commissioned its first Thomas Swan Close Coupled Showerhead (CCS) MOCVD reactor. The Thomas Swan CCS MOCVD tool was delivered in the 19x2-inch wafer configuration.
