Xenerqi Introduces Low Cost 50W LED Driver Family

Hong Kong – April 3, 2013 – Xenerqi Limited introduces its newest 50W LED Driver, a low cost, wide operating temperature range (-30C ~ 70C ambient), candy bar style, 0-10V (2-Wire, 3-Wire and PWM capable) Dimming, IP66, UL8750 rated family – the XEL-A050A Series.

The XEL-A050A Series has been designed to meet the most stringent requirements for outdoor applications, but at the same time has been put into a compact plastic case which makes is a great solution for Ambient and Commercial lighting applications. Its wide input voltage range, high efficiency and 5 year Warranty make it an ideal candidate for applications requiring Energy Star or DLC Certification.

This new Xenerqi family has variants with constant current outputs in the 1.0A ~ 2.1A range and output voltage ranges from 12 ~ 52V. This driver family is also part of Xenerqi’s “Custom Made Simple” program and customized variants with specific output currents or voltages can be created within a week.

This Xenerqi 50W driver series has undergone extensive compliance and certification testing. The products in this family are cUL 8750 and CE compliant, FCC Part15/18 Class B compliant, meet Class A noise rating, comply to IP66 water and dust particle immunity, meet Energy Star guidelines, abide by ROHS, and have a standard warranty of 5 years.
