Business Development / Partner Manager (m/f/d)

Dornbirn, Austria

As an innovative company with own development and production in Vienna and a new sales office in Dornbirn, our product portfolio and global sales and partner network is constantly growing.

Your role: Your share our enthusiasm for making the world smarter and more environmentally friendly in the field of lighting and building automation. And you are passionate about increasing sales by identifying and building new customers and maintaining and developing existing customer networks. After a thorough introduction to the world of lighting control, your area of responsibility will include but is not limited to:

  • Creation of new and further development of existing customer networks in the field of lighting providers, electrical wholesalers and system integrator

  • Successful achievement of sales and market share targets

  • Assisting selling partners in sales and marketing activities, including solution design and product issues

  • Product presentations and technical training for our partners' teams to enable them to sell Lunatone solutions independently

  • Participation in trade fairs, customer and user events

  • You provide excellent and professional customer service to all our clients

  • Close cooperation and coordination with the sales colleagues and the support and training team

Your profile:

  • You have a professional technical education in electrical engineering (master / HTL / FH / University) or an degree in economics (FH / UNI) with technical experience preferably in the fields of electrical, building or automation technology

  • Several years of professional experience in business development, key account or sales-related environment

  • You are a good communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills and know how to inspire people

  • You enjoy dealing with customers, are interested in technology and you are knowledgeable to work independently and in a structured manner

  • Very good skills in German and English; other languages are an advantage

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc.); Knowledge of network technology is a plus

Technical Support & Application Engineer (m/f/d)

After a thorough introduction, your area of responsibility will include:

  • Supporting our customers in the development of technical solution proposals in planning and configuration

  • Competent and reliable answering of technical inquiries from our international customers and sales partners

  • Internal and external product training for customers and distributors to ensure the correct use of our products in the field

  • Support in defining the requirements of special solutions

  • Creation and maintenance of a knowledge database

  • Close cooperation and exchange with colleagues from sales, research & development, and quality assurance

Your profile

  • You have a professional education in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, HVAC, MSR, or similar, ideally with further training as a master craftsman, technician or degree

  • Affinity for building technology and control, in best case with experience in the field of DALI, KNX, etc.

  • You enjoy dealing with customers and you work in a structured and independent manner

  • High commitment and ability to work in a team

  • Good skills in German and English language written and spoken, as well as sound computer skills (MS office, etc.)
