Changes in Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of the OEC AG - Hiring of New Optical Designer

Prof. Dr. Harald Ries, founder and former chairman of the supervisory board of OEC AG, was appointed as new CEO from the beginning of this year. Harald Ries is replacing Rainer Jetter. Elected to the supervisory board was Mr. Elmar Schiffelholz. The supervisory board is now chaired by Dr. Christian Hoess. Additionally, Dr. Angelika Hofmann has joined OEC AG as new optical designer.

The supervisory board and the shareholders would like to thank the previous CEO, Mr. Rainer Jetter, for his work and commitment. Rainer Jetter will continue to work for OEC AG as optical designer.

Mr. Dipl. Ing. Dipl. Wirtsch. Ing. Elmar Schiffelholz takes Harald Ries?s seat on the supervisory board of OEC AG. Elmar Schiffelholz is founder of the company Mandora Business Solution GmbH, Munich.
 
New employee:
Dr. Angelika Hofmann is a physicist. Before joining OEC AG, she has been working for Agfa Gevaert Healthcare GmbH. Angelika Hofmann will support the team of optical designers. Dr. Hofmann has longstanding experience in working with CODE V® and the development of industrial optics.
