Seoul Semiconductor Europe GmbH to Show New Products at Light+Building

Seoul Semiconductor Europe GmbH today announced that it will showcase their LED products for general lighting and various applications at Light+Building, Apr 6-11, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. You will get information on Seoul Semiconductor’s new products of Acriche including new warm, blue, green, and red Acriche, Z-Power LED, and Top LED and several applications using the company's Z-Power LEDs and Top LEDs at their booth: Hall 4, Stand 39.

Seoul Semiconductor won accolades from the LED industry when it announced Acriche, the world’s first AC-driven semiconductor lighting source in November, 2006. Since then, the company has consecutively introduced many other innovative products to the market including the ultra bright and small Chip LED for flash, named ‘Product of the Year for 2008’ by Elektronik in Germany, Acriche featuring 80 lumens per watt which runs directly from AC outlets, and Z-Power P7 series delivering the world’s highest brightness of 900 lumens at 10-watt. These achievements have allowed Seoul Semiconductor to maintain its leadership position in the industry as one of the world’s most competitive producers of leading edge LED technology.

"Acriche is the world’s first AC-driven semiconductor lighting source without an AC-DC converter or a ballast and received CE Marking and German TUV certification. At our Light+Building booth, we will demonstrate new and advanced products of Acriche to replace conventional lighting bulbs and other innovations to provide better lighting solutions." notes John Bae, the general manager of Seoul Semiconductor Europe GmbH.
