SPARK Received CNAS Accreditation

On June 23th, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) authorize that: The Laboratory of Shenzhen Spark Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd, that is, Shenzhen Municipal solar semiconductor lighting Laboratory (SLED), become one of the few national laboratories certificated by CNAS. The certification No. is: CNAS L6963.

SLED of SPARK was established in December 2007, specializing in the detection and authentication of solar system optimization and matching design, solar energy complementation, wireless remote monitor of solar semiconductor lighting system, secondary optical and heat dissipation construction and other related area or products. On the basis of those qualifications, in December 2011, the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and Shenzhen Municipal Finance Commission jointly approve to establish the first solar semiconductor lighting Laboratory in the LED Lighting area.

Currently, SLED has 1200 square meters photo-electricity experiments test rooms and 800 square meters public test platform of solar semiconductor lighting products; It have nearly hundred of industry-leading test equipments, and more than 10 specialists for test. The test range include: optical test, electrical and electronics test, safety test, EMC electromagnetic compatibility test, solar photovoltaic test, bio-security test, optical performance, dustproof and waterproof test, mechanical reliability, environmental reliability, material analysis, ROHS(hazardous substance)test and other aspects test. It covers 14 categories, and over 70 international standards, so as to ensure the quality radically. It is mainly related to lighting safety requirement, illumination and performance requirement, the safety and performance requirement of control device, the safety and performance of self-ballasted LED light, the safety and performance requirement of LED modules,the safety and performance of road LED lighting, the biological safety of lamp and lighting system, the electromagnetic compatibility of electronics and electrical lighting equipment, the performance and the stability of photovoltaic modules and lead-acid battery. The public test platform of solar semiconductor lighting and other 3 scientific research platforms can totally support the frontier research of high-tech solar semiconductor lighting product and satisfy the global market requirement.
