Advanced Power Electronics Signs Several Distribution Agreements

Advanced Power Electronics Corp. (USA), a leading Taiwanese manufacturer of MOS power semiconductors for DC-DC power conversion applications, has signed a UK distribution deal with Neutron Ltd, covering the UK and Ireland, and with Compomill, covering the Nordic and Baltic countries

Neutron LLP Agreement:
Neutron LLP is an ISO9001 approved specialist distributor supplying a range of power components including diodes, mosfets, IGBTs, passives and wound components. Comments MD Peter Bowers: “Our aim is to support customers at every stage of the design process from initial concept, sampling and answering technical issues right through to purchasing, scheduling and stocking. The range of discrete and power ICs offered by Advanced Power is an excellent fit for our customer base.”

Adds Ralph Waggitt, President/CEO, Advanced Power Electronics Corp. (USA): “We need specialist distributors in our key European territories to ensure that designers understand the performance and cost benefits offered by our wide portfolio of products. We are delighted to add Neutron as a distribution partner in the UK and Ireland.”

Compomill Agreement:
Compomill is one of the largest independent distributors in the region with sales offices in Sweden (Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmo), Finland (Espoo) and Denmark (Copenhagen) and bases its approach on thorough experience and technical competence. Comments Managing Director Torbjörn Carlsson: We are excited to represent Advanced Power’s range of discrete and power ICs as we believe that they are an excellent fit for our customer base.”
