MSC Announces Availability of CE Approved GA007 Series – 7 Watt Power Supply Module

The entire family of power supply modules with ratings from 3 W to 30 W from YDS now has received CE approval and are immediately available at MSC. The latest addition to this family is the GA007 series that delivers an output power from 6.6 W to 7.8 W, depending on the output voltage. Procurable are all standard output voltages between 3.3 V and 48 V, including many unusual values not available as catalogue products elsewhere, further ±5 V to ±24 V and +5 V with +12 V, +15 V or +24 V.

The GA007 series models feature a universal input that accepts 90~264 VAC or 120~370 VDC and offer an efficiency up to 82%. Important additional features are an internal input filter, an output voltage accuracy of ±2%, an outstanding line and load regulation. Input to output isolation is specified with 3000 VAC. Internal protection circuits against overload and short circuit ensure automatic recovery after the fault condition is removed. All this is packed into a fully encapsulated module of just 53.54 x 41.28 x 20.32 mm.

The GA007 series power supply modules operate over a temperature range from -20 °C to +70 °C with natural convection cooling. Having CE certification and 2 years warranty these power supplies are an optimum solution for commercial equipment and home electronics.
