ILD4035 – Step-down LED Driver for 1W LEDs

Infineons new ILD4035 LED Driver is dedicated specifically for driving 1W LEDs. The ILD4035 is a perfect match for indoor and outdoor LED lighting applications up to 42V supply voltage. The flexible dimming concept allows LED dimming either with a PWM signal or an analog voltage. ILD4035 comes with an internal power stage for LED drive currents up to 350mA and protection features such as LED thermal protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, all integrated in a small SC-74 package.
