Prolight Showcased the Newest LED Packages for Lighting Application at 2011 H.K. International Lighting Fair

2011 Hong Kong International Lighting Fair has exhibited one of the best lighting product solutions around the world from 27th October till 30th October at The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. In the Lighting Fair dedicated hall 1 booth 1A-E16, Prolight Opto, one of the professional LED manufacturers in Taiwan, showcased their newest high power LED packages for lighting applications. Prolight not only revealed their newest LED package products and technology, but they also provided to the customer the full range of lighting solutions including LED module, Prolight LED matching optics, heat sinks and drivers.

The Prolight’s complete range of product portfolio displayed in the lighting fair included the new Phenix 3535 series, COB light engine, High Voltage Series and the high lumen output Hornet series. The Phenix 3535 series provide excellent color consistency of any color bin selection with superior lumen output to ensure development of high quality lighting products. Furthermore, the phenix 3535 uses package with high thermal dissipation copper lead frame, which allows reflow process at a high temperature of 260 degrees Celsius and satisfied the JEDEC Level 1 standard. The package is further ensured to be a safe and reliability LED product by adding zener diode for ESD protection and followed the strict RoHs Compliance regulation.

The COB light engine series is focused to provide LED light source for lighting applications with high wattage and high brightness. The COB light engine uses Aluminium PCB to ensure faster heat dissipation and provide cost effective light source. The Hornet series target the lighting product when quality colored light is needed. This high power LED can combine numerous warm white, red, green and blue chips into a single package, and also have the ability to have high lumen output with lower wattage. The high voltage series is one of Prolight’s newest LED light source which provide flexibility for lighting product designers. It has the beneficiary of possible reduction in driver cost and improves driver efficiency. The high voltage series have packages with 140V and 280V which is perfect fit for lighting products using 110V and 230V respectively.
