Honglitronic Publishes 9000 Hours LM-80 Certified LEDs: 0.2W-1W High efficient SMD LEDs

Honglitronic becomes the first LED packaging manufacturer to get IESNA LM-80 certification of 9000 hours for its 0.2W/0.5W SMD 2835, 0.5W SMD5730, 1W SMD 2835(EMC), 1W SMD 2835(PCT), 1W SMD 2835(HV).

Honglitronic 9000 Hours LM-80 Certified LEDs, 0.2 to 1W High efficient SMD LED have longer life span, high reliability, efficiency and quality, most suitable for lighting applications.

As per LM-80: 9000 Hours tests, HONGLITRONIC’s 0.5W 2835 SMD have higher lumen maintenance of 97.02% @ 55°C, 95.06% @ 85°C, 93.35% @ 105°C. IES TM-21 lifetime calculations, expected lifetime of our 2835 SMD is 81,000 Hrs @ 55°C, 54,000 Hrs @ 85°C and 41,000 @ 105°C.

So far, Honglitronic has a variety of SMD and COB package components obtained third-party LM-80 6000/7000 hours test results. Besides, Honglitronic’s Lab is the ‘ENERGY STAR Lab’ accredited by CNAS, and became first independent LM80 testing lab under US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) accredited certification agency authorized by EPA.
