Pacer offers Lednium 1W warm- and daylight-white SMD LEDs

Optek has added warm white and daylight white LEDs to its high luminance Lednium 1W products. The new white cup devices meet RoHS and Pb-free reflow soldering requirements at 260ºC.

The robust, energy-efficient Lednium range has a viewing angle of 120°, low thermal resistance and a long operating lifespan. This miniature LED source delivers high luminous flux and excellent spatial uniformity.

Samples of daylight white (OVTL01LGAWD) are now available from Pacer, with colour temperature of 5800ºK. Warm white devices (OVTL01LGAWW) with colour temperature of 3500ºK will be released in early 2007. Already available are cool white devices (OVTL01LGAW) with colour temperature of 7000ºK, as well as amber (595nm), blue (460nm), green (525nm) and red (625nm).

Ideal applications for Lednium include automotive interior and exterior lighting, warning beacons, architectural lighting, electronic signs and signals.
