Coemar Launches Reflection FullSpectrum

At the 2010 PLASA Show in London, Coemar announced the launch of Reflection FullSpectrum, a new concept in LED lighting fixtures.

Reflection is a revolutionary (patents pending) static LED fixture that brings an entirely new concept to this field of lighting: a compact, interchangeable, and modular light source – just like a lamp in conventional fixtures – that creates unmatched intensity by directing light from a unique combination of LEDs onto a parabolic reflector. This design also eliminates problems such as RGB dots and multi-coloured shadows which have plagued many other designs, delivering a unique, uniformly-coloured light beam. By moving the light source in relation to the reflector, this beam can also be zoomed smoothly via DMX from 10° to 17° (1/2 peak angle), 16° to 25° (1/10 peak angle).

PATENT PENDING LIGHT SOURCE
An innovative “Multi-LED” light source rear-facing into a parabolic refl ector producing a uniform beam with no pixels or dots.

MOTORIZED ZOOM
Through the motorized movement of the compact light source in relation to the parabolic refl ector, Coemar has created a smooth linear zoom: 10° to 17° (1/2 peak angle), 16° to 25° (1/10 peak angle).

INFINITE COLOUR PALETTE
Delivering a pure full spectrum colour mixing and all whites from 3200K to 9000K through a completely uniform beam and eliminating multi-coloured shades.
Choose between CMY and RGB modes or digitally adjust to any leading gel fi lter colour through built-in libraries.

ENERGY SAVING
Reflection draws only 190 W at full intensity, guaranteeing the energy savings you would expect from a LED source.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES
Reflection design is compatible with standard Par Accessories including barn doors, gel frames and scrollers.
