Ledion Lighting Introduces Market-Ready 26mm Ultra-Flat Recessed Downlight

Ledion Lighting, a company specializes in designing and manufacturing of solid-state lighting products, has recently announced a 10 watt, 2.6cm tall, ultra-compact LED recessed downlight, TD26.
Awarded in 2008 Next Generation Luminaires™ design competitions, TD26 was selected as Noteworthy with its low-profile LED recessed downlight. Utilizing six high-power Edixeon® LEDs, TD26 integrates all electrical and optical aspects of LEDs, while at the same time achieves compact design of thermal management. TD26 is built specifically to model under restricted spaces where traditional housing is too tall to fit in.
   
With highly efficient optical lens, TD26 features four choices of beam angles including 25°, 40°, 60°, and 140°  satisfying various applications from spot lighting to ambient lighting. The choice of correlated color temperature includes cool-white(6000K), neutral-white(4000K) and warm-white(3000K) for various commercial and residential applications. Standard trim finish comes in choices of white and industrial silver. The dimension of ceiling cut out for TD26 is 128mm in diameter. Without any tools, the whole unit can be inserted with a clockwise rotation into the ceiling cutout. TD26 can adapt to ceiling plywood as thick as 20mm.
   
Ledion 10W TD26 is listed by ETL, CE, and FCC certifications. In comparison with 75W halogen lamps, Ledion 10W TD26 not only reduces power consumption up to 87%, but also frees up interior design space.
