Litetronics Introduces Family of Quick-Install LED RetroFit Flat Panel Kits

Expanding upon its recently-introduced line of LED Flat Panel Fixtures, Litetronics proudly announces the launch of its new family of LED RetroFit Flat Panel Kits, the industry’s simplest way to upgrade standard fluorescent troffer fixtures to energy-saving, long-life LED flat panel technology. Offered in popular 2 x 2 (29 Watt) and 2 x 4 (39 Watt) formats to address the most commonly-sized fluorescent troffers, the Kits are ideal for a broad range of professional lighting applications, from hospitality and healthcare settings to offices, warehouses, retail establishments, schools, and more.

Comprised of a one-piece frame and an ultra-thin panel light, the assembly offers a compact profile measuring just 1.44” in height, enabling the fixtures to be situated beneath the ballast and tube lighting in an existing fixture.  Designed to easily fit all standard grid ceilings, Litetronics’ RetroFit Flat Panel Kits avoid the need to interrupt the ceiling plenum or do any work outside of the troffer – simply remove the diffuser or lens and you can quickly install the RetroFit. Their advanced technology efficiently delivers 130 lumens per watt of evenly-distributed, low-glare illumination to any setting, while their low wattage combines with a physical design featuring a thin lighting surface, steel backing, and aluminum-assembly frame to offer a heat sink which minimizes downward heat dissipation, increasing occupant comfort. 

Offering an attractive 100,000-hour life and 10-year warranty, Litetronics’ LED RetroFit Flat Panel Kits feature 1-10V dimming, are available in 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K versions, and incorporate safety cables to firmly hold the assembly in place for enhanced safety, durability, and peace of mind.
