Verbatim Broadens LED Portfolio with High Quality Downlight and Batten Luminaires

Verbatim announces the expansion of its LED range with a family of new easy-to-install luminaires for a broad range of professional lighting applications spanning hotels and restaurants to offices, retail stores and warehouses. Ideal for new lighting installations or upgrade projects, Verbatim’s attractive light fixtures offer fast and easy fitting with compact housing dimensions and external power supply. Customers also benefit from improved thermal management and higher lumen output compared to when the lamps and fixtures are separate elements.

Suitable for most suspended ceilings, Verbatim’s LED luminaires are far more energy and cost efficient than compact fluorescent or halogen alternatives.

Verbatim’s recessed spotlights, with a choice of 25° or 40° beam angle and an adjustable LED head, are perfectly suited to delivering accent and spot lighting to replace halogen downlights.  They are 12 W and dimmable and deliver up to 720 lm output with a luminous intensity of up to 3150 cd.  Customers can choose between either a white or chrome finish.

Ideal for general lighting thanks to its diffuse light characteristics, Verbatim’s LED recessed downlights serve as perfect replacements for luminaires with compact fluorescent lamps (CFL). Available in 11 W, 12 W, 15 W, 21 W and 24 W power outputs delivering a corresponding luminous flux of 600 lm, 680 lm, 800 lm, 1300 lm and 1600 lm respectively.

Additionally, Verbatim has introduced LED T8 tubes, particularly suited for car parking, leisure complexes and warehouses. The tubes come with 22 W (1200 mm) and 28 W (1500mm) power outputs, each with a 120° beam angle, and are available in warm (3000 K), neutral (4000 K) or cold (6500 K) white. With a guaranteed 40,000 hours lifetime, the luminous flux ranges from 1900 lm to 2600 lm. In addition, there are two 1200 mm kit solutions for indoor (IP20) as well as outdoor (IP65) batten luminaires including an LED T8 4000 K tube.
