Lambda Research Luminit Diffuser Sheet Catalog Availability in TracePro v7.6

Lambda Research Corporation, a leading designer and publisher of illumination and optical design software, announces the availability of the Luminit Light Shaping Diffusers catalog in the latest version of its flagship TracePro software.

The Luminit Light Shaping Diffusers (LSDs) catalog is now available as part of the surface property catalogs in the TracePro v7.6 optical properties database. This new TracePro diffuser catalog includes Luminit’s 10, 20, 40, 60, and 80 degree isotropic diffusers and their 15x1, 30x5, 60x10, 75x45 anisotropic diffusers.

The latest version, TracePro v7.6, also includes the capability to create repetitive features on curved surfaces, and new macro editor and a simplified menu structure that broadens the program’s capabilities. TracePro’s Source Editor has been expanded to operate on Grid and File sources. The incident ray table now includes Optical Path Length information for each ray. The solar utility has been enhanced to add multiple solar tracking solutions and to calculate turbidity over a period.

TracePro offers the most powerful and sophisticated illumination design software available for LED implementation into lamps and luminaires. TracePro streamlines the prototype-to-manufacturing process by combining an intuitive 3D CAD interface, superior ray-tracing performance, advanced utilities, and seamless interoperability with other mechanical design programs.
