Cyberlux Resolves Litigation with the NIR Group, Ltd.

Cyberlux Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBL), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that the company has reached a resolution of its litigation with the NIR Group, Ltd. and its affiliates.
 
Mark Schmidt, Chief Executive Officer of Cyberlux, stated, “We are pleased to conclude the litigation. Cyberlux will now be able to devote its full resources to developing and marketing its state-of-the-art lighting solutions.”
