Next‑generation Signify Interact Solutions

Signify introduced four additions to its Interact platform at Light + Building in Frankfurt. These new solutions can help businesses and municipalities make buildings smarter and cities more responsive and sustainable, driven by data.

“Connected lighting systems have become a central element of buildings and cities. By adding sensors and wireless controls, we enable intelligent systems that can deliver greater energy savings and data-enabled solutions both in and beyond lighting,” says Greg Nelson, EVP, Professional Systems & Services at Signify.

“Interact helps customers move beyond illumination toward adaptive, data‑driven systems and digital ceilings designed around how people live and work. Connecting indoor and outdoor lighting with real‑time data and insights empowers building owners and cities to operate more efficiently and adapt to changing conditions, while reducing energy and operational costs. The result is more efficient buildings, safer roads, and more resilient urban environments.”

Trusted in over 40,000 projects worldwide, Signify Interact for Intelligent Buildings is a connected lighting platform that transforms buildings into intelligent environments. It offers building owners and facility managers with deep insights and control across their lighting infrastructure.

The new Interact Building suite enables centralized, real-time monitoring, automation, and optimization of lighting for all types of professional indoor spaces, large and small. By combining connected lighting with data insights, Interact for Intelligent Buildings improves building performance, streamlines operations, reduces installation costs, enhances occupant experiences, and delivers energy savings that support sustainability goals. Facility managers, lighting designers and installers all benefit from the smart, scalable and integrated features of the Interact Building suite. To learn more, click here.

Signify is also launching three new offerings designed to transform outdoor lighting and urban infrastructure:

  • The EasyConnect hybrid and cellular outdoor light management simplifies the deployment of connected outdoor lighting, enabling fast and flexible installation without complex wiring or infrastructure changes. This solution helps cities and utilities accelerate the transition to smart lighting while reducing installation time and cost.

  • The Central Management System (CMS) enables operators to remotely monitor, control, and manage outdoor lighting networks from a single platform. Access to realtime visibility and performance data improves maintenance efficiency, reduces energy use, and ensures consistent lighting performance across cities and road networks.

  • Traffic and Weather Adaptive Lighting Systems dynamically adjust light levels based on traffic conditions. By responding to realtime activity rather than fixed schedules, the system improves road safety while reducing energy use, ensuring light is delivered where and when it is needed most.
