Sunon Rolls Out Its LED Indoor Lighting Cooling Module Solution

Sunon's new LED indoor lighting cooling module is based on a three innovative designs which provide high cooling efficiency, long service life, low noise, and low power consumption!

LED is energy-saving, vibration resistant, compact, and low in power consumption and attenuation; it also has other numerous advantages such as long service life, suitable for low-temperature environments, and high luminous efficiency. LEDs have much potential in indoor lighting development, yet their cooling problem is the bottleneck that affects high-power LED to be popularized.

To solve this problem, Sunon, the leading company in global cooling solutions, devised an LED indoor lighting cooling module solution in combination of elastic designs of fans and cooling modules. Sunon, at this very moment, announced that the company havs made a significant step in developing solutions for LED indoor lighting cooling modules!
Innovation No.1 Patent Blocking Ring Design:
Sunon LED indoor lighting cooling technology has a unique, patent blocking ring design. At the module’s ventilator inlet, a blocking ring that can control airflow and increase the speed of airflow is added. On the one hand, it can quickly bring hot air out, prevent hot air from flowing back to the light bulb to produce high temperature, and considerably increase cooling efficiency (practical tests showed a 10°C reduction compared to conventional designs); on the other hand, it can reduce noise (practical tests showed a 17dBA reduction compared to conventional designs).
Innovation No. 2 World’s Leading Patent Two-Way Operation Design:
Built on a patented loop design, the fan rotates clockwise to clean the dust on the bulb at the moment it starts up. This is to avoid any dust - drawn into the fan during rotation - being blown into the cooling module and light bulb that would result in lower efficiency. After rotating clockwise for a few seconds, the fan automatically rotates counter-clockwise for cooling. This leading technology not only increases light bulb cooling efficiency; it also demonstrates Sunon’s outstanding achievement in prolonging the LED light bulb’s overall service life.
Innovation No.3 Quiet Cooling Design:
Sunon has devoted considerable amount of research time and effort to sound quality engineering.
