Innovation No.1 Patent Blocking Ring Design:
Sunon LED indoor lighting cooling technology has a unique, patent blocking ring design. At the module’s ventilator inlet, a blocking ring that can control airflow and increase the speed of airflow is added. On the one hand, it can quickly bring hot air out, prevent hot air from flowing back to the light bulb to produce high temperature, and considerably increase cooling efficiency (practical tests showed a 10°C reduction compared to conventional designs); on the other hand, it can reduce noise (practical tests showed a 17dBA reduction compared to conventional designs).
Innovation No. 2 World’s Leading Patent Two-Way Operation Design:
Built on a patented loop design, the fan rotates clockwise to clean the dust on the bulb at the moment it starts up. This is to avoid any dust - drawn into the fan during rotation - being blown into the cooling module and light bulb that would result in lower efficiency. After rotating clockwise for a few seconds, the fan automatically rotates counter-clockwise for cooling.
