Everlite LED Lighting Co., Ltd Launches New Products

Beginning of December Everlite LED Lighting Co., Ltd announced new LED recessed downlight series from 5 to 20W, its 150W LED Multi-function High Bay Lamps, and a 30W@80lm/W LED module.

LED Novelty Series Downlights:
The novelty series downlights are based on multi-chip packed point source high power led module, with versions of 5W, 7W, 10W and 15W and 20W. Those high power led modules are high luminous efficiency, 70-80 lumens per watt in day light color and 60-70 lumens per watt in warm white color. Especially the high CRI, over 80, makes them a good candidate to replace the conventional halogen and CFL bulbs used in commercial and household recessed downlight fixtures.
 
High efficient heat sink makes the Novelty series downlight a possible life of 50,000 hours long. External driver for the downlights are designed to adopt universal electricity from 85Vac to 265Vac. External driver’s efficiency is over 83 and power factor is over 95%. 
 
The Novelty series downlights’ optic management is handled by efficient aluminum reflector with angle of  narrow beam 30 degree, medium beam   60 degree and flood beam 80 degree.
 
The Novelty series downlights offer customers with variable fixture housing colors, white, polished aluminum and brushed aluminum housings. 
 
The Novelty series are recessed mounting with 2 spring clips, suitable for ceiling cutout 90-100mm, 85-110mm, 75-95mm and 100-120mm, thickness 2mm-10mm.
 
Novelty series have six different light colors: white, warm white, amber, red, green, and blue. The Novelty series is perfect for down lighting in hotels, shopping malls, retails, hospitals, residential areas and more. It can highlight important task areas and provides innovative and energy-efficient solutions for the designers and end users.

LED High Bay Lamps:    
After three years development with millions of expense, Everlite finally launches its multi-functional high power LED high bay lamps with 4 versions of power, 50w, 75w, 100w and 150w. The lamp can be also use to illuminate tunnel, car parks, floodlights.
  
Special features:
LED: use our own patented chip-on-board multi chip package technology; combine with super conduct thermal pipe engine. The 50w, 75w, 100w and 150w led is packed with one frame, which is collected to the thermal pipe engine. We are proud to be the first one in the world to realize the theory of using super conduct thermal pipe technology into a led light fixture. This combination of led packaging with most advanced thermal transmission technology is proved by our high bay lamps a success.
 
Heat dissipation: completed new concept of super conduction thermal pipe engine which can helps the heat conduct from the junction to heat sink thousands of times faster then the led lamps use only aluminum heat sink. Our 3,000 hours of non-stop operation aging test shows that the light degradation is only 0.5%.
 
Optic management, our strong R&D team is capable of design different optic lenses for customer based on their application. No matter you want to use it in the warehouse, tunnel, outdoor floodlight, we can use different lenses to distribute the light so that meet your requirement.
 
Driver: Our driver is designed for waterproof and UL comply. We are now apply UL certificate, the product is expected to be pass UL in the first quarter of 2009.

30W LED Module:
The new 30 W LED module is designed for automotive exterior or interior lighting as wel as for architectural lighting an delectronic signs and signals. The module provides a long operating life and high efficiency of 80lm/W for cool white and 65lm/W for warm white light, resulting in a luminous flux of 2400lm, respectively 2000lm. A RGB version is available too.
