Zhaga Book 13 - LED Drivers - for Download, Certified Products Database Improved The Zhaga Consortium has published a new specification for LED drivers that are used in combination with separate LED modules. The introduction of standardized form-factors for LED drivers is expected to bring significant benefits for LED luminaire makers, including enhanced second-sourcing options and the ability to interchange different LED modules and drivers independently. Zhaga Confirms Plan to Transfer Book 18 to IEC The Zhaga Consortium has confirmed its plan to transfer Book 18 Ed. 2.0 to IEC, after the completion of the specification expected by mid-2019 and approval by the General Assembly. This Book describes a smart interface for outdoor luminaires and specifies power, communication and mechanical aspects. The new specification, designated Book 13 Edition 2.0, reduces complexity in the market by having significantly fewer mechanical form-factors than the earlier version. DiiA has added the color temperature Tc method of color control as a feature for DALI-2 control gear such as LED drivers.
