Toronto Shifts to LED Lighting as Answer for Energy Efficiency

The Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) today announced that Toronto is joining Raleigh, N.C. in a citywide initiative to install light-emitting diode (LED) lighting throughout its infrastructure.
