Espen Technology Expands Step-Down Transformer Line for LED Lighting

Espen Technology announced the expansion of its Step-Down Transformer offering, for use with lighting. The non-isolated autotransformers can be used with LED, electronic ballast fluorescent, and HID lighting. The metal housings are low profile for easier fit into fixtures, walls, and plenums. The expanded line is thermally protected, with auto-reset, and UL-listed with a 105 degree max case temperature rating. Espen provides a 5 year warranty on the transformers. Read more »

Lumitronix Has Designed New Flexible LED Strips for L+B

Lumitronix has prepared several product innovations for the postponed Light + Building. Amongst these products are flexible LED strips for different applications. Z-Flex 280x20 based on the widespread Zhaga standard of modules with a length of one foot and therefore compatible with many linear luminaire types. LumiFlex560 Professional TW has been assembled in the reel-to-reel process on the new in-house production line which allows an individual assembly of the desired dimensions.
